Ingredients
- 50ml Glen Moray Classic
- 15ml Benedictine
- 1 star anise
- 1 lemon twist
- 1 orange twist
- 25ml water
HOW TO MAKE
Rinse a metal tankard or jug with the Benedictine. Add the whisky, star anise and citrus twists, then flame to release the smoky essences. Extinguish the flame with the water and serve warm, in a brandy balloon. Slàinte!
