Ingredients
- 60ml Glen Moray Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish
- 3 dashes Glen Moray Bitters
- 1 sugar lump
- Fresh strawberries
- Lemon or orange twist
- Ginger ale, to top
- Basil leaves, to garnish
HOW TO MAKE
Place the sugar lump in an Old Fashioned glass and soak it with the bitters. Add the strawberries and citrus twist, then muddle. Next add some ice cubes, pour in the whisky and top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. SlĂ inte!
