Rich and creamy with delicious wisps of smoke, this serve is tailor-made for festive times. Our Peated Single Malt brings bonfire notes and soft vanilla, perfectly accented by sherry's delicate fruity, nutty notes. All that's needed is a slice of fruit cake on the side.

Ingredients
  • 10ml Glen Moray Peated
  • 40ml blended whisky
  • 30ml Fino sherry
  • 10ml Yellow Chartreuse liqueur
  • 20ml Warninks Advocaat liqueur
  • Mini cake, to garnish

HOW TO MAKE

Shake the sherry, blended whisky, Chartreuse and Advocaat with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Add the Glen Moray on to the surface of drink. Perfect with a bite-sized cake on the side. SlĂ inte!
