Ingredients
- 30ml Glen Moray Peated
- 30ml applejack
- 15ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp clove honey
- 60-120ml hot water
- Spice satchel containing apple, cinnamon, star anise and clove, to garnish
HOW TO MAKE
Add the hot water and honey to a heat-proof glass. Then add the lemon juice, applejack and whisky. Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon, star anise and clove, bundled up in a makeshift satchel to steep in the cocktail. SlĂ inte!
