Sweet, complex and peaty, this celebration of contrasts was crafted by our friends at Analogue cocktail and jazz club, in New York's West Village. Best enjoyed with great music and friends.

Ingredients
  • 60ml Glen Moray Port Cask Finish
  • 15ml Glen Moray Peated
  • 30ml Laird's Straight Apple Brandy Bottled in Bond
  • 15ml Benedectine
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 dash Glen Moray Bitters
  • Orange twist

HOW TO MAKE

Combine the ingredients in a glass with ice and stir well. Then rinse a separate glass with peated Scotch. Strain the cocktail into that glass, squeeze the orange twist over the cocktail to release the essence, rim the glass and drop the twist in. Slàinte!
