- 50ml Glen Moray Fired Oak
- 1tsp of maple syrup
- 2 dashes Glen Moray Bitters
- 1 lantern chili, to garnish
HOW TO MAKE
Add the maple syrup and the whisky into an Old Fashioned glass, and stir to combine. Then add 3 ice cubes and the bitters. Keep adding ice, stirring and tasting until perfectly balanced, then garnish with a lantern chilli. Slàinte!
